Announcing new places for the second Spread Academy
Are you a leader in health or care in the South West? Are you passionate about giving patients choice and control over their health? The SW AHSN is excited to announce its plans for a second Spread Academy on personalised care this September – and we’re inviting you to apply. 24 – 27 September 2019 in Devon, UK
Focussing on universal personalised care
Multi-disciplinary teams are encouraged to apply. All teams should be working to implement universal personalised care and must include someone with lived experience of health care and support, either directly or as a carer. Successful teams will be provided with a further nine months’ worth of support following the academy.
Based on the established teaching programme from the Billions Institute and the Institutes ‘Model for Unleashing’, the Spread Academy is;
- A three-day immersion training taking place in Devon, UK.
- Facilitated by Becky Margiotta with assistance from the Spread Academy Fellows.
- For teams who need support designing and implementing large-scale change. Some teams use it as a strategic planning days. You will leave with an actionable blueprint for scale.
